Summary As a Style Advisor you provide personalized styling and high-quality customer service on the sales floor. You will educate customers on fit, construction and style, participate in training to develop your expertise, and work to meet personal and store sales goals. The role supports visual merchandising and day-to-day store operations. Responsibilities Complete a multi-layered training cycle to develop product and styling expertise Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and style of ready-to-wear and custom products Practice professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales metrics Build client relationships to increase loyalty and repeat business Maintain attractive merchandise presentation according to visual guidelines Support store standards, operations, and perform other duties assigned by leadership Requirements Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service Genuine interest in fashion and styling Professional verbal and written communication skills Ability to perform successfully in a team-based culture Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
