OB/GYN Hospitalist Opportunity

OB/GYN Hospitalists are the in‑house experts who handle obstetric emergencies, improving patient safety and satisfaction. This role involves collaborating with local obstetricians to ensure every pregnant woman receives experienced care. We seek OB/GYNs with exceptional clinical and communication skills, a passion for healthcare quality improvement, and a desire to shape our specialty.

A Day in the Life

• Care for all pregnant women who present emergently, regardless of circumstance
• Build relationships with staff nurses and hospital personnel
• Support private practice physicians by providing coverage and assistance
• Care for unassigned patients
• Evaluate and treat triage patients
• Provide consultation to the ED
• Monitor labor
• Deliver babies
• Perform surgery and surgical assists
• Evaluate and treat postpartum patients
• Provide nurse support and education

Leadership Opportunities
