Position Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will greet guests with a smile, take accurate orders, handle payments, and ensure a positive dining experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly upon arrival.
• Take customer orders in person and over the phone with accuracy.
• Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments.
• Provide menu information and answer customer questions.
• Ensure orders are correct before handing them to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized counter and dining area.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding special requests.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with packaging food orders when needed.
• Handle customer concerns in a polite and professional manner.

Qualifications:

• Prior cashier, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle transactions accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Positive attitude and team player.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
