Step into a shop where craftsmanship matters. As a Bespoke Woodcraft Fabricator in Oakland, CA, you’ll transform detailed plans into beautifully assembled, high-end furniture—balancing precision, creativity, and safety every step of the way.
What Sets the Role ApartFrom the first cut to the last fit, you’ll own the integrity of each build. You’ll collaborate directly with designers and fellow makers to translate ideas into finely crafted pieces.
Compensation & Schedule- Pay: $19 – $26 per hour, depending on experience
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, morning shift beginning at 6:00 AM
- Location: Oakland, CA
- Assemble custom furniture using precise measuring and advanced hand techniques
- Translate detailed drawings/specifications into exact builds
- Cut, shape, and fit wood components with accuracy and consistency
- Hold craftsmanship and quality to a premium standard
- Safely run woodworking machinery and utilize hand tools expertly
- Collaborate with designers and fabricators to bring unique concepts to life
- Background in woodworking, cabinetry, or furniture fabrication
- Meticulous attention to detail and consistency
- Competence with measuring tools, carving tools, and fabrication equipment
- Self-directed work style paired with strong teamwork skills
