The US Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys is seeking qualified candidates for a position located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Applicants must possess a J.D. degree and be an active member of the bar. Experience in federal litigation is preferred, with a focus on depositions and expert witness preparation. Successful candidates must undergo a preemployment adjudication including background checks.
