We are hiring for multiple manufacturing, production, and fabrication jobs at our Rockton, IL facility. These positions are ideal for candidates seeking factory work, CNC jobs, welding jobs, assembly roles, and second‐shift employment in a stable manufacturing environment.

 

Shift Information

• All 2nd shift manufacturing jobs require training on 1st shift for 4–6 weeks
• After training, employees who move to 2nd shift will receive a $2.00/hour shift premium

 

2nd Shift Manufacturing Positions - Monday - Thursday 11:05am-9:35pm OR 3:35- 1:35am

(Training on 1st shift required)

• Polisher / Production Worker – $20.55/hour
• Foamer / Manufacturing Associate – $18.68/hour
• Flat Iron Solder / Fabrication Technician – $22.60/hour
• CNC Press Operator / Machine Operator – $22.60/hour
• Laser Operator / CNC Laser Operator – $22.60/hour
• DeBurr Operator / Metal Finishing – $18.68/hour
• MIG Welder / Welder Fabricator – $24.84/hour
• TIG Welder / Welder Fabricator – $24.84/hour

 

2nd Shift Premium: Additional $2.00/hour after training completion

 

1st Shift Position- Monday - Thursday 5:00am-3:30pm

• Assembly / Assembler / Production Assembly – $18.68/hour

 

Qualifications (vary by role)

• Previous manufacturing, factory, or production experience preferred
• MIG or TIG welding experience required for welding positions
• CNC, machine operation, or metal fabrication experience preferred for operator roles
• Ability to read work instructions, blueprints, or production documentation
• Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety
• Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment
