Regional Marketing Specialist

The Regional Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Director of Regional Marketing and Office Managing Partners to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen the firm's presence throughout the Denver market. This role will lead local marketing and public relations efforts, manage office marketing budgets, coordinate events and sponsorships, and identify opportunities to support attorney business development. The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-oriented, and comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced legal marketing environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of law firm experience
• Experience managing marketing budgets, events, sponsorships, and strategic initiatives
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and client service skills
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Self-starter with a collaborative, resourceful, and adaptable approach
• Ability to work occasional evenings and travel as needed
• Ideal candidate will be located in or able to work from the firm's Denver office

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute local marketing strategies in partnership with firm leadership, managing the office marketing budget and identifying opportunities for growth
• Lead regional public relations efforts, including rankings, award submissions, directories, and other brand-building initiatives
• Build relationships with community organizations and business leaders while identifying sponsorships, speaking engagements, and networking opportunities
• Coordinate office events and sponsorships, including logistics, targeted invitations, post-event follow-up, and ROI tracking
• Partner with attorneys to support business development, strengthen client relationships, and identify new market opportunities
• Maintain CRM and marketing data to support relationship management, pipeline tracking, and performance reporting
• Support attorney onboarding, internal marketing initiatives, and collaboration across firmwide teams
• Leverage AI tools and marketing technologies to streamline workflows, develop content, and improve engagement
