They are seeking to hire a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to build the customer evidence engine from zero to one. The product is proven in market; now we need someone who can systematically prove value through ROI storytelling, customer programs, and multi-format content that arms sales with sharp proof points.

NOTE: This is a hybrid 3/2 role that will report into either the San Francisco, CA or New York, NY locations. This is not a fully remote role. The ideal Senior Customer Marketing Manager will guide and drive the following programs and practices:

Hybrid role based in either San Francisco or New York City; candidates must be able to be in-office regularly in one of these hubs.

They are seeking to hire a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to build the customer evidence engine from zero to one. The product is proven in market; now we need someone who can systematically prove value through ROI storytelling, customer programs, and multi-format content that arms sales with sharp proof points. NOTE: This is a hybrid 3/2 role that will report into either the San Francisco, CA or New York, NY locations. This is not a fully remote role. The ideal Senior Customer Marketing Manager will guide and drive the following programs and practices:
- Build and own the full customer evidence engine, defining how the company captures, validates, and tells ROI stories through case studies, testimonials, and other proof assets.
- Produce multi-format content (video, written, and audio) that highlights measurable outcomes for complex enterprise buyers in healthcare and other regulated environments.
- Launch the organization's first Customer Advisory Board (01): define audience, charter, cadence, member recruiting, and ongoing operating rhythm.
- Stand up and orchestrate a reference program, including sales references, analyst references, awards submissions, and a pipeline of customer speakers for events and webinars.
- Embed voice-of-customer across website, sales materials, ABM programs, events, press, and product launches in close partnership with brand, content, and design.
- Use AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Descript, Captions, HeyGen) as core infrastructure to compress production timelines and scale your impact without needing a large team.
- 4-8 years in B2B SaaS customer marketing, content marketing, or product marketing, with clear exposure to complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Experience building customer evidence programs: case studies, reference programs, CABs, and structured VOC initiatives tied to revenue.
- Background in high-growth vertical SaaS or B2B startup environments where you've operated with high ownership and ambiguity.
- Healthcare, health-tech, or other complex/regulated enterprise domain experience is strongly preferred.
- Hands-on multi-format content producer: comfortable driving interviews, scripting, and creating video, written, and audio assets yourself.
- Fluent with AI-native workflows and tools in your daily work (e.g., drafting, editing, repurposing content, and synthesizing customer insights)
