*Customer Accounts Representative (Light Collections)*
*Schedule:*

* Mon-Fri: *8 AM-5 PM*
* *Two late nights* (11 AM-8 PM, never Fridays)
* *Every other Saturday* (8 AM-12 PM)
* One week a month: *7 AM-4 PM + Sat 7 AM-12 PM*
*Role Highlights:*

* Light collections (1-29 days past due)
* Assist customers with payments, card updates, autopay, login issues, etc.
* Heavy collections handled by another team


*Customer Care Representative*
*Schedule:*

* Mon-Thurs: *8 AM-5 PM Friday - 9-6pm*
* *One Saturday/month:* 8 AM-12 PM
*Role Highlights:*

* Answer incoming customer calls
* Support with account questions, payment help, and general assistance

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $23.50/hr.
