The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues in production machinery.

• Calibrate and test equipment to meet specified performance standards and safety regulations.
• Document service activities, including repairs, parts used, and time spent, accurately.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in electronics, mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery (e.g., PLCs, robotics, hydraulics).
• Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude, including the ability to read schematics and blueprints.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with specific OEM diagnostic tools or software.
• Certifications in specialized areas like robotics, PLCs, or vision systems.
• Proven ability to train or mentor junior technicians.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing or technical support role.
