Overview ADL Fall 2026 Internship Description ADL’sPNW Regional Office Fieldteam is looking for adynamicintern to join us from September14toDecember18 , 2026. The ideal candidate will have experience with program and event planning, communications, and research support. Our PNW Field Operations internshipprovides the opportunity for studentsto gain practical experience with program and project experience, community engagement, and leadership exposure. Responsibilities Primary: Support with event planning,outreachandlogistics Engage with community partners Contributeto communications, including emails, social media, or resource development. Work closely with staff to understand how tooperatea regional office. Qualifications Requirements Must possess high school diploma or equivalent Passion for non-profit work Desire to start building career within non-profit sector Skills/Attributes Excellent communication skills Collaborativeteam-player Creative and innovative; takes initiative Results-oriented – a problem solver (versus a problem identifier) Excels in dynamic environments that require adaptability Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Energized by ADL’s mission and work Compensation and Hours This internship is paid at local minimum wage or 15/hr (whichever is higher). The internship is 15 hours per week. This internship will be hybrid, with on-site presence required in Seattle. What will you do during this internship? You will learn about real-life decision-making challenges and help us develop real-time solutions. You will have the opportunity to present your work at internal forums within ADL. You will have practical, hands-on experience with program and event planning, communications, and research support.
