• Flexible schedule with 4.5 days of patient care and dedicated administrative time built into your week.

• 100% outpatient practice, with the option to follow your patients in the hospital if desired.

• Light call schedule with minimal after-hours phone call responsibilities (1:8 weekday rotation and 1:18 weekend rotation).
\n
• Employed position with an independent, financially stable, nonprofit health system known for accessible and supportive leadership.

• Collaborate easily with an extensive network of specialists throughout the regional health system.
\n
• Enjoy teaching opportunities through the University of Kansas School of MedicineSalina and the Smoky Hill Family Medicine Residency Program, if desired.
