Senior Systems EngineerLocation: Houston, TX (Hybrid)We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to design, implement, and support complex client infrastructure environments across cloud and on-premises platforms. This is a client-facing role focused on infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity, virtualization, cloud technologies, and strategic IT consulting.Lead infrastructure projects involving Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, SharePoint, Windows Server, and Hyper-V.Design and implement secure, scalable solutions across hybrid cloud environments.Support security initiatives including MFA, MDM, Conditional Access, Microsoft 365 hardening, identity management, and DLP.Develop deployment plans, technical documentation, network diagrams, and SOPs.Design and validate backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.Conduct infrastructure assessments, IT audits, and technology reviews.Create project scopes, estimates, and technical recommendations for clients.Serve as a trusted technical advisor while managing multiple projects and priorities.Qualifications5+ years of Systems Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or MSP experience.Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Windows Server, SharePoint, and Hyper-V.Experience with cybersecurity best practices, backup/disaster recovery solutions, and hybrid cloud environments.Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and client-facing communication skills.MSP, consulting, or professional services experience strongly preferred.This is an excellent opportunity for a senior engineer who enjoys a mix of hands-on technical work, project delivery, security, and client consulting.
