Southwest Funding Branch Manager Advantages No regional manager collecting overrides Open door policy and direct communication with underwriters Duties & Responsibilities Integrity and intensity on a sales level Originate applications and setting appointments for new clients, closing loans for personal production Produce mortgage leads by creating and maintaining positive business relationships Properly forecast and utilize strategic techniques Consistently evaluate loan files, conduct follow-up process on turned down loans Maintain a professional image and adhere to standards consistent with company policies and procedures Requirements Active NMLS license in your current state of employment as required by SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act Excellent knowledge of guidelines for loan programs and various types of loans such as FHA, commercial loans, VA, etc. Proven successful track record of accomplishments in originating loans and meeting sales goals Season ability to drive business and manage to bottom line profitability Possess excellent communication skills, high integrity, and ethical standards Demonstrate an understanding of the importance of top-quality customer service High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree is desired #J-18808-Ljbffr Southwest Funding
