Base pay range $85,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Is this your perfect fit? What your future day will look like: Lead Risk & Safety Programs: Develop and manage company-wide risk policies, insurance coverage, and safety compliance—including OSHA coordination. Manage Claims & Compliance: Oversee liability, property, and workers’ comp claims, ensuring fair resolutions and strong regulatory relationships. Control Budgets & Reporting: Handle financial planning for the Risk Fund, approve spending, and deliver clear reports to leadership. Champion Accessibility: Ensure ADA compliance across all sites and programs, working with teams and community partners to resolve issues.
