Customer Service Project Manager

Position Overview: As a Customer Service/Project Coordinator , you will be the bridge between our clients and our internal teams, ensuring projects run smoothly while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will manage multiple projects, coordinate resources, and communicate effectively with clients to make sure their needs are met. This role requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing updates on project progress. Project Coordination: Oversee the planning and execution of projects, ensuring that timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless project delivery. Problem-Solving: Resolve issues as they arise, ensuring customer satisfaction and project success while maintaining a positive relationship with clients. Reporting: Track project milestones, deadlines, and budgets, providing regular updates to both clients and internal stakeholders. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline project management and enhance the customer experience. Qualifications: Education: ABachelor’s Degree is required. Experience: Previous experience in customer service or project management (1-3 years preferred). Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English—ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar platforms). Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to find solutions quickly and efficiently.
