Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA, Sign-on bonus up to $20,000

Eligibility Only certified BCBAs, BCaBAs, or RBTs currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program will be considered. Compensation Base Salary: $90,000–$100,000 Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000–$18,000 (paid monthly) Sign On/Retention Bonus: $5,000–$20,000 (depending on start date and location) The $90k–$95k range applies to the Clinical Supervisor role; the $95k–$100k range is for the Senior Clinical Supervisor role. Responsibilities Lead clinical supervision with integrity, delivering high-quality care. Make clinical judgments and design treatment plans based on client needs. Collaborate through compassion-focused clinical committees and access resources, tools, and goal banks.
