Responsibilities Contact prospective and existing customers by phone. Present products and services clearly and professionally. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Generate and qualify sales opportunities through customer conversations. Follow up with leads and prospective customers to support sales growth. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales opportunities. Provide a professional and positive customer experience. Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Confident and comfortable speaking with customers by phone. Goal-oriented and motivated by performance. Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
