Senior Manager, Product Management

Position Summary Location: Woonsocket, RI. This full‑time, on‑site role is a Sr. Manager, Digital Product position at CVS Pharmacy, Inc., a CVS Health company. The role focuses on designing and developing digital software applications and platforms to support pharmacy, prescription, claims, and related health care activities. Responsibilities Analyze user needs and develop software solutions that meet business requirements. Determine feasibility of solution designs and prepare technical design documentation. Upgrade existing software applications or systems to improve functionality, performance, reliability, and maintainability. Write and review high‑quality code and perform unit and automation testing. Support applications, systems, and databases used to process prescriptions, claims, and related healthcare activities. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on application development, technical requirements, code review, project deliverables, quality assurance, and software development best practices. Mentor junior team members. Requirements Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field and a minimum of three years of relevant experience. At least three years of experience in each of the following areas: XML, JSON, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript Agile methodologies or SAFe software development principles Frameworks: Angular, JavaScript, React, jQuery, Ajax, Bootstrap, or Backbone Typescript or object‑oriented JavaScript JIRA, Rally, or Confluence Testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting Software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices Large‑scale application development, data science, or data analytics projects End‑to‑end data science lifecycle/workflow Agile productivity tools and incremental software releases Developing data and analytics‑based platform capabilities, services, or products Working with UI/UX teams to develop wireframes and prototypes based on end‑user feedback and human‑centered design Pay Pay Range: $147,680.00/year to $236,900.00/year. The actual base salary will depend on experience, education, geography, and other factors. The position is also eligible for bonus, commission, short‑term incentive, and equity award programs.
