Vision System Technician

Learn more at Setup and Changeovers: Efficiently set up and perform changeovers of vision systems as required, ensuring smooth transitions between different operational configurations. In addition this person would coordinate with the production team to ensure vision systems are set up and ready according to the production schedule. Maintenance and Calibration: Conduct routine maintenance, calibration, and performance checks on vision systems to ensure accuracy and reliability. Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Identify and resolve issues with vision systems, employing diagnostic tools and methodologies to troubleshoot problems effectively. When required, work with outside vendors and OEM’s for support, troubleshooting and training. System Optimization: Optimize vision systems to enhance performance, accuracy, and efficiency, collaborating with engineering and production teams as needed. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, maintenance schedules, changeover procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and team members on the operation, changeover, and maintenance of vision systems. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of technological advancements and industry trends in vision systems to recommend and implement improvements. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is $27.00 hr. In addition to your salary, H.B.
