Assessments usually take 1-2 hours. Your Role As a RN/LPN conducting in-home assessments at Family Best Care, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to deliver top-notch health care services. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting in-depth assessments of new clients, focusing on physical, psychological, and environmental aspects of health. Developing detailed care plans based on assessment findings, collaborating with healthcare professionals and client families. Ensuring adherence to all state and federal regulations related to home health assessments and care planning. Maintaining client confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations. Staying updated with continuous education in home health care and client assessment techniques. Qualifications A current RN or LPN license in the state of Washington. A minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health care. Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule. A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. Strong commitment to reliability and ethical conduct. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Current CPR certification.
