Pain Management Clinical Nurse

Provides direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Key Responsibilities Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients. Participates in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Assessments physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values, cultural, and spiritual preferences. Communicates effectively across the continuum of care, ensuring seamless handoffs and updates. Promotes a safe environment, maintaining constant alertness as this is a safety-sensitive role. Qualifications Minimum Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing. Licensure: Valid RN license. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and less than 2 years of experience.
