Ensure proper set up of awards and chartstrings in Financial Management System based on sponsor requirements. Identify invoicing and financial reporting requirements and notate in the Grants Portal.Duties/Responsibilities - Review and approve fiscal compliance items, including but not limited to UGAMart Requisitions, Expense Reports, Payment Requests, Combo Code Requests and Journals for charges on sponsored projects. Process Residual Balance requests.Duties/Responsibilities - Various other functions include but are not limited to responding to external agency andUGAdepartmental questions, inactivating closed projects, assisting and preparing information for audits, as well as other duties as assigned.Duties/Responsibilities - Serve as a liaison with departmental contacts based on agency assignments.
