Key Responsibilities Greet patients in a professional and welcoming manner Manage daily front desk operations with efficiency and attention to detail Answer incoming calls courteously and respond to patient inquiries Verify insurance coverage, benefits, and eligibility Submit, track, and follow up on insurance claims Collect payments and handle billing communications Maintain a well-organized, patient-focused office environment Qualifications Dentrix experience required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, friendly, and dependable demeanor Proven experience with dental insurance verification and payments.
