• Monday - Friday schedule, 8 am - 5 pm with minimal triage call
• Shared call among all providers with RN call center handling routine calls
• Low patient census of 10 - 12 patients per day
• Hospital-employed position with value-based care focus
• Experience with eClinicalWorks and HEDIS metrics highly valued
• Board-certified or board-eligible candidates welcome
• DEA licensure required
