Qualifications:

• Current, valid ARRT certification in Radiography
• State licensure as required
• Minimum of one year of recent experience as a Radiologic Technologist/X-ray Tech in an acute care or hospital setting
• Proficiency in operating radiologic/imaging equipment and performing diagnostic imaging procedures
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to patient care
• Current BLS certification (AHA or equivalent)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality radiographic procedures in accordance with physician orders and department protocols
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality throughout each procedure
• Accurately document procedures and relevant patient information
• Collaborate professionally with physicians, nurses, and fellow technologists
• Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment as needed
• Adhere to infection control, radiation safety, and HIPAA guidelines
