Multiple full-time positions are available to serve diverse caseloads and campuses within a supportive onsite team.

Key Qualifications:

• Current active Speech-Language Pathology license in Alabama
• SLP Educator certification in Alabama required (check status and fingerprinting guidelines on
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status accepted
• Prior experience working in K-12 school settings strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to serve a caseload of approximately 60 students
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills
• Passion for fostering student development and academic access

Role Highlights:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language services including screening, assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and team collaboration to support student goals
• Provide therapy in individual, group, and classroom-based models tailored to students’ needs
• Maintain detailed records and comply with all state and district documentation standards
• Caseload includes approximately 60 students per SLP
• Openings at Pinson Valley High School (full time), McAdory Elementary/McCalla Elementary (split week), and Hueytown Middle School/Lipscomb Elementary (split week)
• Consistent schedule: 37.5 hours per week, school calendar dates from August 4th, 2026 to May 27th, 2027
