Sr. Manager, Visual Merchandising Manager (Travel Retail Americas)

Sr. Manager, Visual Merchandising Manager Travel Retail Americas Office/Location: Hybrid 3x a week based out of Miami, FL Office Compensation: $113,000-$140,000 annually + Bonus Job Responsibilities Develop innovative and engaging consumer brand experiences that are seamlessly executable within the retail environment. Lead the roll‑out of permanent merchandising projects, including CAPEX investments and brand activations. Partner closely with the Commercial team to develop store classifications aligned with brand image and visual merchandising strategy. Identify and drive new airport retail opportunities to strengthen brand presence and visibility. Manage visual merchandising elements and POSM implementation for new store openings in line with Global Travel Retail guidelines, including mapping, sourcing, shipment tracking, and installation management. Build consumer‑centric planogram strategies that enhance visibility, navigation, and shopper engagement. Oversee flagship store openings, ensuring excellence across all visual assets and merchandising executions. Conduct regular airport and store visits to identify retail opportunities, operational needs, and areas for optimization. Education Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience required. Profile 7 years of relevant experience in wines & spirits or luxury goods industry 3 years retail experience ideally in Travel Retail In depth experience in managing merchandising projects at scale Good understanding of luxury brands Technical & Management Skills Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills Ability to work across different cultural environments Ability to communicate across all levels of organization Excellent project planning & management High level of computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) Additional Information Health and wellness: medical, dental, vision, mental health support resources, fertility and family building programs.
