This is not a traditional corporate strategy role. You will work directly with the founding team and engineering leaders to identify opportunities, evaluate emerging AI technologies, define product priorities, and transform AI advancements into real user value. As an AI Strategist, you will analyze market trends, evaluate AI capabilities, develop product strategies, and help guide decisions that influence millions of users. You will bridge the gap between AI technology, product development, and business growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong AI understanding who can evaluate new technologies, understand user needs, analyze competitors, and turn insights into actionable execution plans. You should be comfortable creating a competitive analysis, testing new AI capabilities, defining product roadmaps, and presenting strategic recommendations to leadership. Job Requirements: AI Product Strategy & Roadmap Define and execute LockedIn AI’s product strategy aligned with user needs, market opportunities, and company goals. Identify new AI-powered product opportunities across interviews, coding assessments, career preparation, and productivity tools. Evaluate emerging AI technologies including LLMs, speech AI, NLP systems, and generative AI platforms. Recommend AI integrations that improve product quality, speed, accuracy, and user experience. Define success metrics for AI features and analyze performance through engagement, retention, conversion, and revenue impact. Translate customer insights and market trends into actionable product priorities. Competitive Intelligence & Market Analysis Conduct ongoing research across the AI career tools ecosystem and analyze competitive positioning. Identify market gaps, emerging opportunities, and strategies to maintain LockedIn AI’s leadership position. Monitor AI industry trends, competitor launches, funding activity, and technological advancements. Develop frameworks that highlight LockedIn AI’s unique advantages. Create strategic reports and recommendations for leadership decision-making. Growth & Go-To-Market Strategy Partner with founders and product teams to develop launch strategies for new features and products. Identify expansion opportunities including enterprise partnerships, education partnerships, and international markets. Support pricing strategy, positioning, messaging, and customer acquisition initiatives.Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and feedback loops to improve growth strategies. Develop content and thought leadership strategies that strengthen LockedIn AI’s position in AI career technology. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with product, engineering, AI, marketing, and leadership teams. Translate business goals into clear product requirements and strategic initiatives. Help prioritize engineering efforts based on business impact and user value. Drive experimentation and rapid iteration in a fast-moving startup environment. Communicate strategic recommendations clearly across technical and non-technical teams. AI Trust, Ethics & Innovation Ensure AI product decisions align with privacy-first principles and responsible AI practices. Monitor AI regulations, industry standards, and emerging requirements.
