Director Of Nursing
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Nursing to lead the clinical team at our standalone skilled nursing facility.
Our community offers a beautiful, clean, modern environment with a strong and supportive leadership team already in place. We are looking for the right clinical leader to help take the building to the next level.
This is an excellent opportunity for a DON who values teamwork, quality care, staff development, and operational excellence.

Oversee daily nursing operations

Qualifications
Active RN license
Previous DON or nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing/long-term care
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for building culture and developing teams
