Position: Respiratory Therapist
\n Schedule: Full-time DAYS (7am-7pm)
\n
We are seeking a permanent licensed Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality respiratory care in both critical and non-critical care settings. This role involves independent clinical decision-making, patient monitoring, and the administration of respiratory therapies in alignment with healthcare standards and departmental policies. This is a full-time DAY shift position: 7am-7pm.
\n \nKey Responsibilities:

- Assess, implement, and evaluate respiratory care plans for diverse patient populations. \n
- Administer therapies including mechanical ventilation (invasive/non-invasive), oxygen therapy, nebulized medications, and chest physiotherapy. \n
- Respond to emergency situations including code blues and rapid response calls. \n
- Accurately document clinical information and verify physician orders in the electronic medical record system. \n
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team and communicate clearly with patients and families. \n
- Mentor new team members and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives. \n
