Job Details

We need an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead safety and environmental programs for a large manufacturing operation. This role will oversee regulatory compliance, workplace safety, environmental programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
Lead and maintain EHS programs and ensure OSHA and environmental regulatory compliance.
Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and workplace audits.
Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Oversee chemical safety, hazardous materials, hazardous waste, and environmental compliance.
Manage regulatory reporting, permitting, and agency interactions.
Develop and deliver employee safety training.
Track EHS metrics and identify opportunities to improve safety performance.
Partner with operations and leadership to promote a strong safety culture.

Qualifications
5+ years of EHS management experience in a manufacturing, industrial, chemical, or metal finishing environment.
7+ years of leadership experience in EHS or safety.
Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations.
Experience with hazardous materials, hazardous waste, and chemical safety.
Experience with audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in EHS, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
