Compensation and Benefits Applebee's Dishwashers start at minimum wage up to $21/hour, plus tips. Physical Standards Must be able to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for up to four (4) hours at a time, safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds. Work frequently in a hot and damp environment. Must have finger and hand dexterity for using small tools.
