Job Description:

• Implementing, supporting and delivering solution to Oncor for the Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing - CC&B system.
• To develop and configure the Oracle Customer Care billing system with in-depth application framework config and technical tool knowledge involving – Maintenance Object, Business Object, Scripts, Zones, XAI Services, Bundling, Batch jobs, User Interface Maps, etc.
• Facilitate technical and functional design workshop and articulate solutions through written and verbal communication. Document the process changes, components impacted and functional work flow.
• Develop functional designs and technical specifications for Oracle utilities package, customization, interfaces & reports. Review and validate proposed technical solution options to ensure all functional requirements are addressed.
• Performs investigations on issues raised by the client to provide explanation and possible workarounds on issues.
