Social Media and Marketing Support Specialist

Develop and execute social media strategies in partnership with marketing managers to strengthen brand awareness, customer engagement, and recruiting efforts. Lead social media content management, including content gathering, idea generation, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement. Build and design social media content in collaboration with designer and marketing managers, including video editing. Manage the company voice and posting strategy across all social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand standards. Engage with customers, vendors, and industry partners to increase audience growth and online engagement. Track performance and marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Marketing Campaigns & Content Support the planning, execution, and measurement of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, print, and traditional media. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and gather marketing assets that support business objectives. Coordinate with external vendors to execute marketing initiatives and produce promotional materials. Events & Employee Engagement Coordinate company participation in trade shows, conferences, customer events, and sponsorships, including logistics, promotional materials, on‑site support as appropriate, and post‑event follow‑up. Plan and coordinate the annual Sales Meeting, including speaker coordination, scheduling, registrations, logistics and event materials Organize employee appreciation and recognition events that promote engagement and company culture. Marketing Operations & Project Coordination Support coordination of promotional items and apparel, ensuring consistent brand representation in the market. Maintain customer databases and marketing lists as appropriate, ensuring information is accurate and organized. Coordinate the production and ordering of marketing materials with vendors. Organize and maintain marketing assets, files, and digital resources for easy access and consistency. Stay current on marketing trends, digital best practices, and emerging technologies to improve marketing effectiveness.
