Responsibilities include matter management, drafting and reviewing legal documents, coordinating discovery and legal holds, responding to subpoenas, maintaining deadlines and case records, supporting depositions and trials, and communicating with outside counsel, business partners, courts, and vendors. Exercises independent judgment within established procedures and serves as a resource to other legal support professionals.
