Clinical Director – ABA Services Location: Georgia Company: Milestones Moments Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $110,000 annually About Milestones Moments Milestones Moments is a growing ABA provider dedicated to delivering high-quality, ethical, and individualized services to children and families. We are building a strong clinical foundation rooted in compassion, accountability, collaboration, and excellence. We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director to help lead our clinical team, strengthen systems, support staff development, and guide the continued growth of our services. Position Overview The Clinical Director will serve as a key clinical leader within Milestones Moments and will be responsible for overseeing clinical quality, BCBA performance, service delivery, compliance, and overall clinical outcomes. This role is ideal for a BCBA who is ready to step into a meaningful leadership position with the opportunity to help shape the clinical direction of a growing organization. Key Responsibilities Oversee clinical services and ensure high-quality, ethical, evidence-based ABA practices Provide leadership, supervision, and support to BCBAs and clinical staff Ensure treatment plans, supervision, documentation, and authorizations are completed accurately and timely Support RBT supervision standards, treatment fidelity, and staff development Collaborate with scheduling, family services, QA, and leadership teams to ensure smooth service delivery Monitor clinical quality, compliance, utilization, and continuity of care Help build scalable clinical systems, policies, workflows, and training structures Support family communication and assist with escalated clinical concerns when needed Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and clinical excellence Clinical Expectations Initially, the Clinical Director will maintain approximately 10–15 hours per week of direct supervision and billable clinical work, with a planned transition toward reduced clinical hours as leadership responsibilities increase. Qualifications Active BCBA certification required Georgia LBA or ability to obtain/maintain applicable Georgia licensure required Strong experience supervising clinical staff, including BCBAs and RBTs Experience with treatment planning, clinical documentation, authorizations, and compliance Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to collaborate across departments and help build systems in a growing organization Prior clinical leadership experience strongly preferred Compensation & Benefits $110,000 annual salary sign-on bonus after 60 days of continuous employment PTO offered Additional benefits package currently in development Opportunity to help shape clinical systems and leadership structure as the organization grows Why Join Milestones Moments?
