*What You’ll Do*

* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide variety of heavy-duty equipment.
* Perform preventative maintenance and DOT inspections to keep equipment safe and reliable.
* Work with diagnostic computers and software to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
* Collaborate with the Service Manager and Parts Department to ensure smooth operations.
* Accurately document repairs, parts used, and maintenance performed.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while caring for shop tools and equipment.
* Stay current with certifications and product training.

*What We’re Looking For*

* Experience in diesel engine repair, maintenance, and electrical systems.
* Technical certification or degree (preferred but not required).
* A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and goal-oriented mindset.
* Excellent mechanical and diagnostic skills with the ability to problem-solve.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
* Valid driver’s license with a clean record (no major violations in the past 5 years).
* Must pass drug, alcohol, and background screenings.
* Personal set of general tools.
* Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
