Front-End Engineer (Web Designer / HTML Coder) - Japanese Bilingual

Overview
A leading IT consulting firm is seeking a talented and passionate Web Designer with strong coding skills to join the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing web interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot and debug both front-end and back-end issues.
- Stay informed of the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our web solutions are modern and scalable.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project goals are met.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US
- Fluency in both English and Japanese
- Proven experience as a Web Designer or a similar role, with a strong portfolio is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Location: Torrance, California (On-site)
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (closed weekends and holidays)
Base salary: DOE up to $60,000.00 + benefits package. The salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience level.
