Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical condition and functional abilities, using state-of-the-art assessment tools and techniques.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that include a blend of manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and educational resources tailored to each patient's specific needs.
• Monitor and adjust therapy regimens based on patient progress, utilizing objective measures to track recovery milestones.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of patients in various stages of recovery, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a current or pending license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Florida.
• Demonstrated strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and their families.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in physical therapy, preferably in an outpatient or home care setting focused on orthopedic rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits
