Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and deliver exceptional care to Telemetry patients, making a real difference in their recovery
• Uphold the highest standards of professional nursing to ensure top-quality patient outcomes
• Supervise CNAs and other healthcare team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient unit

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN license required at submission
• BLS/CPR (AHA), ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Fully COVID vaccinated
• Current Staffing Agency's IL Nurse Agency Certificate

Education

• RN licensure in Illinois

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in Med Surg/Telemetry and Stepdown nursing
• Proficient in reading monitors, managing cardiac drips, and handling post-surgical cases
• Strong experience with adult and geriatric patients
• Telemetry nursing and professional nursing standards
