What You'll Do

As an LPN at Pedia Manor, you'll play a critical role in supporting the care of medically complex children. Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering high-quality, team-based care in a residential setting.
• Assisting in the implementation and documentation of care plans.
• Administering medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
• Monitoring patients' conditions and reporting any changes to the RN or care team.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Providing support and education to staff and families to promote the best outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of one year of experience as an LPN.
• Active LPN license in good standing in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• A compassionate, team-oriented mindset with a focus on patient care.
• Experience in pediatric or medically complex care is a plus, but not required—we offer comprehensive training.
