Shift Leader

Our Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Team Leader’s main objective is to lead a shift and his/her team to be operational excellent and ensure an excellent guest experience through creating a shift plan, executing that plan and coaching the other leaders and team members on shift.
