Account Executive

Relyence Corporation

We're hiring an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for our Relyence software suite: finding opportunities, running demos, building relationships, closing deals, and maintaining long-term customers. Relyence is a small, profitable, privately owned company making software used by manufacturers and engineering organizations worldwide to improve product reliability, quality, and safety. This is a high-autonomy role with uncapped commission and direct impact on company growth.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with engineering teams at mid-market and enterprise companies
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from responding to inbound leads and RFPs through to signed contract
  • Run compelling, polished software demos tailored to each prospect's technical environment and use case
  • Build long-term customer relationships that support successful adoption and uncover expansion opportunities
  • Contribute market and competitive intelligence to help shape product roadmap and go-to-market strategy

What We're Looking For

  • Proven B2B or technology sales experience with a track record of hitting targets
  • Ability to quickly learn and credibly explain technical software concepts - we'll train you on our products, but an aptitude for technical concepts is important
  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable owning a pipeline independently
  • Bachelor’s degree required, technical field preferred
  • Must be based in the Pittsburgh area or willing to relocate
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
