WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE TOP 5% — NOT ENTRY LEVEL

Vital Clean is hiring two experienced carpet cleaning/restoration technicians who are already trained, reliable, and ready to produce at a high level.

This is NOT a training position. This is for professionals who know how to show up, work independently, and represent a premium service company.

You MUST:

* Have prior carpet cleaning/restoration experience

* Have your own reliable transportation

* Be able to pass a drug test

* Be able to pass a background check

* Be dependable and show up on time, every time

* Be able to work independently without hand-holding

* Be professional with homeowners (this is a customer-facing role)

* You understand stain removal, pet treatments, or restoration basics

* You don’t need babysitting — you take ownership of the job
