Location: Sumner, WA

Pay: $21-24/hour

Shift: Monday-Friday | 7am-3:30pm

We're hiring Forklift to support metal production and warehouse operations in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. If you have manufacturing or warehouse experience and like hands-on work, this is a great opportunity to get in with a solid team.

What You'll Do:

• Set up and operate industrial machinery

• Band and palletize metal materials for shipment

• Supply production lines with materials and pallets

• Read work orders, blueprints, and job specs

• Move materials throughout the facility

• Inspect quality using measuring tools (calipers, gauges, etc.)

• Perform basic equipment checks and report issues

• Enter production data into systems

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

What You Need:

1+ year of warehouse, manufacturing, or machine operation experience

Experience with industrial equipment or production machinery

Ability to read work orders and do basic math

Strong attention to detail and safety mindset

Basic computer skills

Able to lift 40-50 lbs and stay active throughout shift

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
