In this role, you'll guide clients through our proven debt relief process—from the first conversation to enrollment—and help them regain control of their financial future. Build rapport quickly through empathy and professionalism. Conduct consultative financial needs assessments. Present debt relief solutions and recommend best‑fit programs. Guide clients through enrollment and required documentation. Follow established sales processes and compliance standards. Maintain ethical, regulatory, and documentation accuracy. Complete Certified Debt Specialist certification (company‑paid). Participate in ongoing coaching and performance development.
