Role summary Home associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. What you’ll do Help customers find what they need and guide them to appropriate products. Depending on the department (Apparel, Entertainment, Toys, Sporting Goods, etc.), assist customers across multiple areas, keep aisles neat and clean, stock shelves, answer questions, and may help with checkout as needed.
