Facilities Associate - Melrose Gallery

Summary RH is seeking a Facilities Associate to execute maintenance and housekeeping initiatives for the Melrose Gallery in West Hollywood. The role coordinates preventive and reactive maintenance, oversees repairs of the building, grounds and equipment, and partners with the Gallery Team to maintain RH standards and a safe environment. Responsibilities Plan and coordinate facility maintenance and housekeeping activities to ensure optimal service levels Oversee repairs and upkeep of building, grounds, systems and storage structures Perform preventive maintenance of equipment including forklifts, fans, doors and dock plates Manage prioritization and scheduling of work orders to minimize downtime and support production needs Maintain a safe work environment by observing and enforcing OSHA, Food Safety and HAZMAT requirements Requirements Experience with preventative maintenance and repair Experience identifying and presenting opportunities for process improvement Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 30 lbs and maneuver around gallery, stock room and office; position entails prolonged standing, bending, kneeling and climbing #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
