You're part of a team that shows up, stands together, and leads with purpose.This role is eligible for fully remote work.How you'll make an impact:Apply claims management experience to execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure, plan the proper course of action, and appropriately resolve claimsInteract extensively with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolutionProvide exceptional customer service to our claimants on behalf of our clients exhibiting empathy through each step of the claims processHandle claims consistent with clients' and corporate policies, procedures, and standard methodologies in accordance with statutory, regulatory, and ethics requirementsDocument and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently, supporting the outcome of the claim fileAbout you:As a key member of our experienced Claims Adjuster team, you will investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex indemnity/lost time workers compensation claims applying your analytical skills to make informed decisions and bring claims to resolutionWork in partnership with our clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management processThink critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize tasks to optimally serve clients and claimantsRequired qualifications:High school diplomaMinimum of 5 years related claims experienceAppropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handledKnowledge of accepted industry standards and practicesComputer experience with related claims and business softwareDesired:Bachelor's degreeCompetitive compensationComprehensive benefits programs designed to support your well-beingCareer development opportunities and ongoing learningA collaborative, people-first culture with accessible leadershipThe opportunity to do meaningful work with global reach and local impactAt Gallagher, we are dedicated to building an inclusive and authentic workplace.
